Through therapy, I will guide you through value and goal based decision-making. This will give you a framework to work from when faced with major life decisions, decreasing your levels of burnout and fatigue.

Being a parent comes with natural highs and lows. During these times, it is common to need support to navigate the different seasons of your children’s lives — newborn, toddler, pre-teen, adolescence, adult.
